Do It!

Relentless Trojan Challenge is upon us!

Trojan Workout
3 Rounds, 6 minute cap to complete the workout. 2 minute rest before the 2nd round and 3rd round start. If you don't complete the round, its reps finished. Score is the time difference between round one to three. The goal is to be fast and consistent, similar to a Tabata WOD.

Example: Round 1- 3min, Round 2- 3.30, Round 3- 3.45-- Total Score= 1 minute 15 seconds.

Elite: Men- 24kg, Women- 16kg
Intermediate: Men- 16 or 20kg, Women- 12kg
Beginner: Men- 12 or 16kg, Women- 8kg

20 Swings
1/2 Gasser (27 yds across football field & 27 yds back to KB)
20 Snatches R/L
1/2 Gasser
20 Lunge pass R/L
1/2 Gasser
20 Burpees
