Looks awesome Jeremy. Should forgo the usual CF hip-hop or metal music and put on Handel's Messiah during the WOD.

Found this WOD posted on my FaceBook by a friend. As a Youth Pastor, CrossFitter, and a part of a church that runs a Gym as an outreach, we are so looking forward to sharing this WOD with our group on this coming Good Friday. Thanks for the thought that went into it, and hope you experience the power of the cross when you do it next!

This is retarded...one of the many randomly generated exercises based on almost nothing that becomes a fad for 45 minutes...needless to say I did it, took 58 minutes, I'm now tired.
