Well thought out! We are in!
Gonna make an attempt this afternoon! Anyone have an idea of how long this beast is taking ... ?
Looks awesome Jeremy. Should forgo the usual CF hip-hop or metal music and put on Handel's Messiah during the WOD.

Great WOD! Great idea. Faith and Fitness!
Found this WOD posted on my FaceBook by a friend. As a Youth Pastor, CrossFitter, and a part of a church that runs a Gym as an outreach, we are so looking forward to sharing this WOD with our group on this coming Good Friday. Thanks for the thought that went into it, and hope you experience the power of the cross when you do it next!
Now THAT is a hero WOD !
