If you dont know Zach Thiel you should meet him. My brother has been at Crossfit Central since the early days 2006. He moved here from Lubbock TX (Go Raiders!)with his beautiful wife Ashley.

He is a rare-breed of brutish oly-lifting expertise and political savant. Definitely one of the most interesting people that I know.
