2009 is ending and 2010 is right around the corner. I always look back on the year and reflect on my past goals and look to the future. In the month of December I take 4 weeks to map out my plans for the next 12 months. I look at three areas 1. personal/spiritual 2. professional 3. physical/fitness and health.Over the last four years one of the biggest lesions I have learned is commitment and consistency. I definitely screw up but I always get back on the horse. The slight edge!
