The Crossfit Games
Early in life I decided I wanted to do something. Something great, until I found Crossfit specifically I didn't know what that was going to be. Crossfit to me is more then a workout program, more then a way to get fit. Crossfit is my sport, my passion, my love! I am able to give that to my clients each day and I am thankful for that.

Has CrossFit taught me anything about myself?! How much time do you have? :-)
I think my top three things I learned:
1. I'm much more successful when I lighten up and play. Seriousness/deliberate intensity is counter-productive for me.
2. My mind is the most powerful part of my body. When I think "I'm an athlete" everything falls into place. Training, diet, sleep... it's all effortless when I remember that simple phrase.
3. Training is more rewarding with a community of like-minded people.
1) I can pursue my dreams. CrossFit is more than working out to me-- it's the avenue that allows me to express myself and help others learn about fitness in the best way possible.
2) I can lift heavy weights and not look like a butch meat-head. =)
3) Mental toughness is more important than anything in a WOD.
