Matt K. attends boot camp twice a week. He also attends indoor kettlebell class and crossfit Co-Ed. Ssshhhhh dont tell him but he is one of our fire breathers. He attends 5 - 6 workouts a week depending on the weekend schedule. He also follows the zone paleo model diet. He occasionally eats pumpkin loaf and has to many carbs for breakfast but hey who doesn't?
