Matts the Man!

Matt K. attends boot camp twice a week. He also attends indoor kettlebell class and crossfit Co-Ed. Ssshhhhh dont tell him but he is one of our fire breathers. He attends 5 - 6 workouts a week depending on the weekend schedule. He also follows the zone paleo model diet. He occasionally eats pumpkin loaf and has to many carbs for breakfast but hey who doesn't? Keep up all the great work and looking forward to seeing your gains in performance this weekend at I am Crossfit Finale!

Tone it Down

"YOUR TOO LOUD"
I grew up in a house hold of 5 kids and two super parents. My father is the loudest and most kid like out of the whole family. He grew up in a house of 9 kids and two strong parents. If you have a large family you know what its like trying to be heard especially when you are the baby. So I know I am loud, obnoxious, over the top and annoying when it comes to working out or being in the gym. I am sorry but I am not. We live in a culture where you must be civil domesticated and proper. I do that 14 hours a day, so I am going to take a few for myself to express my loud mouth with some grunts and yells! Again I know, I know its to loud over the top crazzzzy!!!!

Live Free or Die

Crossfit can be preformed any where any time. You do not need fancy equipment or air conditioning or heating. Crossfit can be done in a park with a broom stick a bench and a tree branch.

Elite Crossfit can even be performed in a park .... the only exception .... you need an elite coach to take you there. You can find one of those here LINK.
