The Future of Human Performance

I am a dreamer yes I am. I have a dream that some day people will believe in themselves so that they will achieve all that they dream. I have a dream children will believe in themselves so much they will be able to achieve their dreams. I set out to win the crossfitgames and I failed, I came in third. I trained my heart out eating the zone, following the wods, and running the best affiliate I knew how. I am a dreamer yes I am.

Many people will doubt me but I will still dream. 2009 games quickly approach and I will still dream of spreading crossfit across the nation.

I have one mission and that is to positively affect the world and Crossfit is my vehicle. I will pursue my mission with all my heart.

The video of my passion! HQ

My jaw is on the floor. I've never even really heard you speak, so to read this...WOW!

Feel the same way! lulu & yoga are my vehicle tho. Sometimes people think it sounds goofy but who cares!

When Gandhi was sarcastically asked, "How does one person change the world?"

He answered, "it ONLY takes one person because ONE is only the beginning."

Exude in the everyday what you wish to see in others around you.

Keep it up! I believe in ya!

Inspiring video and post!

All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes, to make it possible.
T. E. Lawrence, "The Seven Pillars of Wisdom"
